Meet Our Founder

Eric “Jazz” Rinehart, Founder & CEO, is a tech-savvy entrepreneur with 35 years of business experience in business formation, operations, and AI integration. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he served 14 years as a healthcare supply chain specialist before co-founding a Silicon Valley startup, where he rose to lead operations as Vice President.

His career includes Director-level roles in hospital operations, launching multiple businesses, and helping founders transition into executive leadership roles. Many of his AI-focused clients start as founders but need to reposition themselves as CEOs as their businesses grow. His expertise in executive positioning and rebranding ensures that leaders are prepared to scale and be recognized as the visionary executives their companies need.
