Meet the Founder
My entrepreneurial journey started with two turntables and a vision. I founded my first business, Jazz Cafe Sounds, as a DJ—learning how to market myself, read a room, and build a brand from scratch. That early spark of hustle set the tone for everything that followed.
Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, I’m a native son of Hampton Roads and a proud graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. After high school, I joined the U.S. Air Force, where I gained not only discipline and leadership experience, but also early exposure to cutting edge software and technology. My military service culminated in being honored as Manager (NCO) of the Year , and it paved the way for what came next.
After the Air Force, I co-founded a Silicon Valley software startup—where I handled everything from cold calls and corporate strategy to tech support, installations, and software analysis. It was a masterclass in building something from the ground up.
From there, I led support operations in director-level roles at two community hospitals, staying close to systems, people, and process improvement. I later went on to launch and lead multiple businesses, including consulting firms, service-based startups, and even a craft brewery.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA, and I’m still deeply hands-on in the world of tech. Today, I create real-world projects using modern software tools and AI, including custom automations, Chrome extensions, and digital systems designed to help small businesses run smarter and help solopreneurs and senior leaders rebrand themselves.
I founded Bay Bridge Innovations to be the firm I always wished existed—one that could meet you where you are, bridge the knowledge gap, and deliver affordable, effective tools to help you grow.
